摘要
Abstract
Supervision over livestock and poultry slaughtering industry is related to food safety and public health.Here,a criminal case of anthrax infection in human beings caused by illegal production,processing and sale of sick and dead cattle(meat)was introduced,current problems were found in daily supervision and law enforcement of animal health over cattle and sheep slaughter through restoring the process of investigation and punishment of the case by local comprehensive agricultural law enforcement institutions,followed by such recommendations as strengthening quarantine supervision of non-designated slaughter of cattle,sheep and other animals,improving the level of agricultural comprehensive administrative law enforcement,and perfect two-way linkage mechanism between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice,aiming to provide a reference for the industry.关键词
