摘要
Abstract
Complains and reports against pet diagnosis and treatment activities are increasing with the development of urban pet economy.In the paper,based on such complaints and reports in central China in 2023,problems involved were sorted out,including the qualification of the clinics,the qualification of licensed veterinarians,the sale of veterinary drugs and feed products,disputes from pre-paid cards and unclear diagnosis and treatment process,etc.,followed by pointing out the corresponding strategies.At last,recommendations were put forward,including improvement of audit and management of the qualification of pet clinics,further enforcement efforts for pet diagnosis and treatment activities,and awareness improvement and training on laws and regulations,completion of compensation system for pet medical accidents and development of dispute mediation mechanism,aiming to provide a reference for the peers.关键词
