Abstract
The proposal of new quality productive forces and the rapid development of digital technology have brought unprecedented opportunities for intelligent maritime construction.This article focuses on"data elements,"and analyzes the development trends in the era of data elements from the aspects of digital China strategy,intelligent city collaboration,public data supply and cross-border data layout.By exploring data resources,strengthening data governance,releasing data value and enriching application scenarios,it explores how data elements can empower intelligent maritime administration development,thereby promoting intelligent maritime iterative upgrades and injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of maritime modernization.关键词
