Abstract
Objective To carry out a clinical comprehensive evaluation of traditional Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of chest stuffiness and pains,so as to provide a reference for clinical drug selection and health department decision-making.Methods The safety and effectiveness of five traditional Chinese patent medicines were evaluated by Systematic Reviews and network Meta-analysis.Based on the effectiveness evaluation results,cost-effectiveness analysis is applied to the economic evaluation.At the same time,existing statistical data is widely collected on websites such as NMPA and the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China for suitability,accessibility,and innovative evaluation.Results For effectiveness,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the five traditional Chinese patent medicines.For safety,the collection of adverse reaction information of Jiuxin Pills is complete and relatively superior.For economy,the Jiuxin Pills have the lowest price and the best economic performance resulted from the cost-minimization analysis.For suitability,the utilization of Jiuxin Pills is convenient,the storage conditions are simple,and there are few restrictions.For accessibility,the coverage area of Yufeng Ningxin Dropping Pills is relatively large and the treatment burden of Jiuxin Pills is relatively light.For innovation,traditional Chinese patent medicines have certain innovation in treating chest pain,mainly focusing on drug manufacturing and testing,with potential and value for development.Conclusion The removing blood stasis and widening chest traditional Chinese patent medicines have been widely used in the treatment of chest stuffiness and pains,who has good effectiveness,safety,and certain clinical value.关键词
