摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Garcinia Jiangu capsule on kidney deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 82 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shenyang Weikang Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into routine group and combined group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine treatment,and the combined group was given routine treatment+garcinia Jiangu capsule treatment.The degree of lumbar pain,lumbar function score,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group(P＜0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the lumbar function score of combined group was lower than that of conventional group(P＜0.05);The effective rate of combined group was higher than that of conventional group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of garcinia Jiangu capsule in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation is effective,can effectively relieve the patients with lumbar pain and leg,improve the function of lumbar spine,and less adverse reactions.关键词
