龙胆泻肝汤联合维胺酯治疗银屑病的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Gentian Xiegan Decoction combined with viamidate on the balance of Tc and Th cells,nuclear factor κB(NF-κB)and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis.Methods A total of 116 patients with psoriasis admitted to Yingtan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given oral viaminate capsule,and the observation group was given Gentian xergan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,psoriasis lesion area and severity index(PASI)score,Tc and Th cell levels,NF-κB and Lp-PLA2 levels before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,PASI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,Th1 cells and Th1/Th2 levels decreased and Th2 cell levels increased significantly in observation group compared with control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with control group,Tc1 cells and Tc1/Tc2 cells levels decreased and Tc2 cells levels increased significantly in observation group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of NF-κB and Lp-PLA2 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Gentian Xergan Decoction combined with viamidate can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of psoriasis patients and reduce adverse reactions by regulating immunity and inhibiting inflammatory response.关键词
