摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on TCM syndrome score and immune function of patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods A total of 120 patients with ROU admitted to Changsha Stomatological Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random envelope method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfu Xin solution,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome scores,T lymphocyte subsets[CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and natural killer T cells(NKT)],clinical efficacy and ROU recurrence were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of ulcer pain,ulcer area,sleep disorder and ulcer congestion area in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and NKT in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Jiedu Decoction has remarkable clinical effect in treating ROU,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve immune function and reduce recurrence.关键词
