Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of calcium and bone peptide injection on hypertension complicated with osteoporosis and the influence of bone metabolism indexes.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension combined with osteoporosis admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment plus calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the observation group was treated with bone peptide injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,bone mineral density,bone metabolism index,bone turnover index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Bone mineral density of lumbar spine,femoral trochanter and femoral neck increased after treatment in observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)decreased and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP)increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,osteocalcin(OC)was increased and type Ⅰ collagen cross-linked C-terminal peptide(CTX-1)was decreased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Calcium combined with bone peptide injection can improve the curative effect and increase bone mineral density in patients with hypertension combined with osteoporosis,and the mechanism may be related to improving bone metabolism and bone turnover indexes.关键词
