Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis combined with Edaravone in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on inflammatory factors and oxidative stress factors.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alteplase thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with alteplase thrombolysis plus edaravone.The levels of neurological function,cognitive function,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress factors were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Simple Intelligent Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and MMSE score increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of GSH-Px and SOD in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the MDA level in the two groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,the combination of alteplase thrombolytic therapy and edaravone can significantly improve the neurological and cognitive functions,the mechanism of which may be related to the alleviation of inflammation and oxidative stress in the body.关键词
