摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of deacetyllanatoside combined with trimetazidine on cardiac function,NT-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and homocysteine(Hcy)in elderly patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with deacetyllanoside,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of NT-proBNP in the two groups was decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDED)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in both groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,serum Hcy level in both groups was decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Studies have shown that the clinical effect of cedilan combined with trimetazidine on elderly patients with heart failure is more significant,better in the improvement of cardiac function,NT-proBNP and Hcy levels,can effectively delay ventricular remodeling,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
