糖尿病性骨质疏松症中医药治疗研究进展
Research Progress in the Treatment of Diabetes Osteoporosis with Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
As a common complication of diabetic patients,pain,spinal deformity and fragility fracture are the most important clinical signs,and the risk of bone mass loss and fracture is significantly increased.Western medicine treatment of DOP is mainly to control blood sugar and supplement calcium or vitamin D.However,due to its limited curative effect,it is still difficult to meet the clinical treatment needs,and patients urgently need more effective treatment methods.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,DOP belongs to the category of"dissipating thirst combined with bone potence".Relevant clinical studies have proved that the treatment of DOP by traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve patients'pain and other discomfort symptoms and improve their quality of life.This paper reviews the cognition and treatment of DOP in TCM.关键词
