PDCA循环管理法用于静脉用质子泵抑制剂用药管理效果分析
Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Method in the Medication Management of Intravenous Proton Pump Inhibitors

Abstract
Objective To promote the rational use of intravenous proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)in hospitals.Methods A quality control circle team was set up in the hospital,the PDCA cycle management method was used to define the control objectives and carry out the medication management of intravenous PPIs.The prescribing of inpatient orders for intravenous PPIs and its rationality before intervention(January to February 2022)and after intervention(May to June 2022)was compared,and irrational types were analyzed and targeted measures were taken.Results The main types of irrational use of intravenous PPIs in patients were medication without indication and inappropriate treatment duration before intervention.After intervention,the use rate of intravenous PPIs in patients decreased from 24.93%to 20.25%,and the rational use rate increased from 52.00%to 92.00%,generally reaching the intended targets(20%,85%).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in hospitals can promote the rational use of intravenous PPIs and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.关键词
