BOPPPS模式用于中西医临床医学本科药理学教学效果初探OACSTPCD
Preliminary Exploration of Application Effect of BOPPPS Mode in Pharmacology Teaching in Undergraduates Majoring in Clinical Medicine of TCM and WM
目的 探讨BOPPPS教学模式在药理学课程教学中的应用效果.方法 以重庆医科大学中西医临床医学本科专业 2020 级(125 人,对照组)和 2021 级(106 人,观察组)全体学生为研究对象,以 2018 年科学出版社出版的《药理学(第二版)》"第 24 章 甲状腺激素及抗甲状腺药"为教学内容.观察组学生采用BOPPPS教学模式(包括导入、提出学习目标、前测、开展参与式学习、后测、总结6 个阶段),对照组采用传统教学模式.教学结束后通过理论考试和问卷调查综合评价教学效果.结果 观察组学生理论考试成绩为(62.17±15.75)分,明显高于对照组的(56.59±16.46)分(P<0.05);观察组、对照组学生分别以 60~<65 分(22 人,20.75%)及<40 分(25 人,20.00%)者居多;观察组学生在教学模式、启发式教学、教学效果 3 个方面教学质量和学习效果各方面的自我评价得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 BOPPPS教学模式以学习成果为导向,利于提高学生学习效果,促进其思维能力和创新能力的培养,更贴合"新医科"人才培养的需要.
Objective To investigate the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode in pharmacology teaching.Methods All undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine grading 2020(125 students,control group)and 2021(106 students,observation group)in Chongqing Medical University were selected and taught the knowledge based on the "Chapter 24 Thyroid Hormones and Antithyroid Drugs" in the Pharmacology(The Second Edition)published by the Science Press in 2018.The BOPPPS teaching mode(including bridge-in,setting learning objectives,pre-assessment,carring out participatory learning,post-assessment and summary)was adopted in the observation group,while the traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group.After teaching,the effects were comprehensively evaluated through theoretical exams and questionnaire survey.Results The theoretical exam scores in the observation group were(62.17±15.75)points,which were significantly higher than(56.59±16.46)points in the control group(P<0.05).The majority in the observation group and control group scored 60-<65 points(22 students,20.75%)and<40 points(25 students,20.00%),respectively.The teaching quality scores of teaching mode,heuristic teaching,teaching effect and self-evaluation scores of learning effect in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The BOPPPS teaching mode guided by learning outcomes can improve the students'learning effects,promote their thinking and innovation abilities,which is more in consistent with the needs of talent cultivation in "new medicine".
