急性胰腺炎凝血功能相关指标与疾病严重程度的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between coagulation function related indexes and disease severity in acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between coagulation function and disease severity in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods A total of 60 AP patients admitted to Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were collected as the research objects and divided into the mild acute pancreatitis(MAP)group and the severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)group according to the disease severity.In addition,20 healthy people undergoing physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Results The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)level and D-dimer(D-D)level in the SAP group were higher than those in the MAP group,and the thrombin time(TT)in the SAP group was lower than that in MAP group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The correlation analysis confirmed that PT,APTT,FIB and D-D were positively correlated with the severity of AP,while TT was negatively correlated with the severity of AP,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).ROC analysis showed that PT,FIB and D-D had better predictive value for SAP.Conclusion The coagulation function of AP patients can reflect the severity of AP to some extent.At the same time,PT,FIB and D-D have excellent predictive value for the occurrence of SAP.关键词
