糖尿病性视网膜病变患者自我管理研究进展
Research progress on self-management of patients with diabetic retinopathy
摘要
Abstract
With the increase of the number of diabetic patients,the incidence of diabetic retinopathy(DR),an eye complication,is also on the rise,which can lead to blindness in severe cases.Effective self-management is the key to delay the progress of the disease in patients with DR,but the status quo of self-management in patients with DR is not optimistic.Therefore,effective self-management intervention for patients with DR can not only help to change their behavior habits,but also improve their self-management ability and reduce the incidence of blindness and low vision.Based on the above reasons,the overview of DR,the status quo of self-management,self-management ability assessment tools and related nursing intervention measures will be summarized in this paper,aiming at providing reference and inspiration for the construction of self-management schemes for DR patients in China.关键词
