艾司氯胺酮抗产后抑郁的临床应用
Clinical application of esketamine in the treatment of postpartum depression
摘要
Abstract
Depression after cesarean section seriously harms the physical and mental health of mother and baby,affects family harmony,and aggravates social and economic burden.The prevention and treatment of maternal depression is of self-evident importance.Ketamine,as an antidepressant,has attracted much attention in the treatment of mental illness.As the S-enantiomer of ketamine,esketamine,a new anesthetic,has stronger affinity with N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor and fewer adverse reactions.Previous studies showed that the antidepressant effect on treatment-refractory depression and major depressive disorder of esketamine is not inferior to that of ketamine,indicating esketamine has a good application prospect in the prevention and treatment of depression after cesarean section.This paper mainly expounds the clinical application of esketamine in the treatment of postpartum depression.关键词
