透析患者应用自动化腹膜透析的研究进展
Research progress of automatic peritoneal dialysis in dialysis patients
摘要
Abstract
The number of patients with peritoneal dialysis(PD)is increasing year by year,and by the end of 2021,there were more than 120,000 PD patients in China.The automated peritoneal dialysis(APD)technology can realize the automatic and continuous control of dialysate,and can realize the automatic operation of peritoneal dialysis machines in various modes.It can treat patients at home when they fall asleep at night so that they can carry out normal activities during the day,benefiting the majority of PD patients.In developed areas such as Europe and America,as high as 60％dialysis patients chose APD,while in China,the use of APD accounted for less than 1％.In this paper,the research progress of APD technology will be expounded from four aspects:the influence of APD on the common complications and mortality of PD patients,the economic cost of APD and the remote monitoring function of APD,in order to let the public understand the APD technology deeply and choose peritoneal dialysis scientifically and reasonably according to their own needs.关键词
