Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Yangxin Huoxue recipe combined with trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary slow flow(CSF).Methods A total of eighty elderly patients with coronary slow flow admitted to Yantai Penglai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine for 3 months,while the observation group was treated with Yangxin Huoxue recipe for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,coronary corrected TIM1 frame count(CTFC),blood flow classification,vascular endothelial function,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the CTFC of left anterior descending branch,left circumflex branch and right coronary artery was lower than that of the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The blood flow classification in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of endothelin-1 was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest pain,chest tightness,palpitation,shortness of breath and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Huoxue recipe combined with trimetazidine can improve the treatment effect of CSF in the elderly,improve coronary CTFC,correct abnormal blood flow,reduce vascular endothelial function damage and reduce TCM symptom score,which is safe and reliable.关键词
