内镜下不同比例聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射联合套扎术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度内痔的临床效果
Clinical effect on the treatment of degree Ⅱ and Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids by injection of different proportions of lauromacrogol foam sclerosant combined with ligation under endoscope

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of different proportions of lauromacrogol foam sclerosant combined with ligation in the treatment of degree Ⅱ and Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 90 patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of the First People's Hospital of Nanning from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into three groups:A,B and C.Group A was the lauromacrogol stock solution group,group B was the 1∶1 lauromacrogol foam sclerosant group,group C was the 1∶2 lauromacrogol foam sclerosant group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in each group were treated with sclerosant injection and ligation.The operation time,dosage of lauromacrogol,length of stay,postoperative pain and bleeding,efficacy and complications such as ectopic embolism,urinary retention and anal infection were recorded in each group.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,length of stay,incidence of complications among the three groups(P＞0.05).There were statistically significant differences in operation cost,dosage of lauromacrogol,postoperative pain and bleeding,and efficacy among the three groups(P＜0.05).The operation cost and dosage of lauromacrogol of group B and C were significantly lower than those of group A,the postoperative pain and bleeding were lower,and the efficacy was significantly higher.However,there was no significant difference between group B and group C in operation cost,dosage of lauromacrogol,and postoperative pain and bleeding(P＞0.05).The clinical efficacy of group B was significantly higher than that of group C,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The injection of 1∶1 lauromacrogol foam sclerosant under endoscope for the treatment of internal hemorrhoids has the characteristics of high efficiency,low dosage,low cost,less postoperative bleeding,light pain and low incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing.关键词
