中频超声联合活血止痛膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of medium frequency ultrasound combined with Huoxue Zhitong Ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of medium frequency ultrasound penetration promotion combined with Huoxue Zhitong Ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and its impact on human tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)and matrix metalloprotein inhibitory enzyme-3(MMP-3).Methods A total of 80 patients with KOA admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department of orthopedics of the Second People's Hospital of Gansu Province from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.In them,the observation group was treated with Chinese materia medica for promoting blood circulation and relieving pain to selected acupoints,and medium frequency ultrasonic conductivity instrument was used to irradiate local treatment.While the control group was treated with gel patch made of normal saline combined with medium frequency ultrasound penetration promotion.It was 30 minutes per session,4 times per week,for a total of 4 weeks of treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,hospital for special surgery(HSS)score and medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)were used to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy,and the contents of TIMP-1 and MMP-3 in serum of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results After treatment,the overall response rate in the observation group was 87.5％,and the knee joint HSS score,pain VAS score and SF-36 score were all significantly superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum TIMP-1 content in the observation group increased,while the serum MMP-3 content decreased,and the results were all significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Medium frequency ultrasound penetration promotion combined with Huoxue Zhitong Ointment can effectively improve the contents of TIMP-1 and MMP-3 in serum of patients with KOA,improve the function of knee joint and obviously upgrade the quality of life of patients.关键词
