Preparation and Intelligent Application of Renewable High Strength Cellulose-based Packaging Material

Abstract
In this study,a reliable strategy to prepare high-strength degradable cellulose composite packing tape was proposed to replace tra-ditional polypropylene packing tape.The regenerated cellulose material was prepared by ionic liquid dissolution.The influence of graphene on its electrical conductivity and mechanical properties was discussed.Thus,a new type of high strength renewable composite packing tape was prepared,in order to explore its application prospect in the field of intelligent packaging.The results showed that the tensile strength of the regenerated cellulose filament and regenerated cellulose film could reach 194 and 74 kPa,respectively.The maximum stress strength of the double-layer cellulose base packing tape could reach 26.3 MPa.The regenerated cellulose packing tape was sensitive to variations in am-bient humidity and pressure,and the composite tape had good water resistance and biodegradability.The electrical conductivity of cellulose/graphene composites could reach 0.8 S/m with the mass ratio of cellulose and graphene was 1∶1.关键词
