脊柱关节炎患者服药依从性及相关因素分析
Analysis of medication adherence and related factors in patients with spondyloarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the medication adherence among outpatients with spondyloar-thritis(SpA)and analyze the related factors.Methods A total of 435 SpA patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from Beijing Jishuitan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University between 2018 and 2023.The Chinese Compliance Questionnaire on Rheumatology was used,good adherence was de-fined as≥60 and poor adherence as<60.Results Among the 435 SpA patients,304(69.9%)were classi-fied as poor adherence and 131(30.1%)as good adherence.We found that the poor adherence group had older age(30 vs.25 years old,P<0.001),longer diagnosis delay(5 vs.2 years,P<0.001),longer disease duration(9 vs.3 years,P<0.001),higher proportion with inflammatory bowel disease(7.2%vs.0.8%,P=0.006),higher ESR(23 vs.20 mm/h,P=0.009),CRP(13.1 vs.11.1 mg/L,P=0.005)and BASDAI(2.4 vs.2.0,P=0.044).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that combined inflammatory bowel disease(OR=10.525,P=0.024),disease duration(OR=1.081,P<0.001),age at onset(OR=1.058,P=0.012),and CRP(OR=1.019,P=0.002)were independently associated with poor adher-ence.Conclusions SpA patients have poor medication adherence,especially for those combined with inflam-matory bowel disease,older age at onset,longer disease duration,and elevated CRP.关键词
