肾周脂肪厚度与高尿酸血症患者痛风发作及发作频率的相关性研究
Peri-renal fat thickness is associated with gout attack and recurrent gout attacks in pa-tients with hyperuricemia

Abstract
Objective To assess the connection between peri-renal fat thickness and gout attack fre-quency in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 100 patients with hyperuricemia were enrolled,with 20 patients having no history of gout attacks and 80 patients who have experienced gout attacks.The pa-tients with gout attacks were further divided into a one-time attack group and a recurrent attack group.The de-mographic characteristics,disease-related data,visceral fat area,and peri-renal fat thickness of all patients were collected.We compared the differences between groups,investigated the correlation between peri-renal fat thickness and gout attack,and attack frequency by regression analysis.Results Patients with gout attacks had increased peri-renal fat thickness compared with those without gout attacks[(1.09±0.39)cm vs.(1.37±0.45)cm,P=0.012].Among patients with gout attacks,those with recurrent gout attacks had increased peri-renal fat thickness compared with those with only one attack[(1.26±0.40)cm vs.(1.50±0.47)cm,P=0.014].Logistic regression analysis indicated that increased peri-renal fat thickness was associated with both gout attacks and recurrent gout attacks.Conclusion Peri-renal fat thickness is associated with the occur-rence and recurrence of gout.关键词
