摘要

Abstract

Urban roads bear the lives and ideals of thousands of households in the city.Road lighting projects are even more the guardians of the people.Under the call of the"dual carbon"goals,urban road lighting should not only pursue brightness,but also pursue greenness and energy conservation.The project team took the lighting projects of three typical expressway sections in District H as examples,and deeply discussed the issue of involving the lighting scientific testing and laboratory testing technology of a third-party testing agency as an evaluation method to verify the accuracy of the project handover indicators when the technical data of the project handover was not perfect.In particular,it is worth mentioning that the project team proposed an innovative evaluation technical idea,cleverly taking the performance of lamps and on-site application parameters as key factors,and cross-checking the on-site testing,laboratory testing,and simulation calculation data as a trinity.Empirical studies were conducted for three types of road cross-sections,effectively addressing the problems of inaccurate energy savings and lack of credibility of data in green and energy-saving lighting.It ensured the fairness,authority and scientific nature of the project during the handover process.The involvement of third-party testing work made the"dual carbon"energy-saving work more truly and reliably implemented,making the government's policies and guidelines more convincing to the public.We strive to provide an efficient,accurate,reasonable and feasible method for other similar projects through the technical path of this project.
