摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems such as time-consuming and heavy workload existing in the traditional outside tunnel brightness testing methods,a real-time outside tunnel brightness testing method based on IoT video streams is proposed.The method collects image data through cameras,using 4G network or WIFI for real-time remote transmission,uses programs to grayscale the image frames to obtain the grayscale values of the images,and uses the luminance meters to optically calibrate the cameras to derive the specific functional relationship between the exposure amount and the grayscale values,i.e.,the luminance regression equation to calculate the luminance value of the target area.And through the distance correction of the camera grayscale,the measurement error is effectively reduced,and the distance effect of the camera brightness is reduced.The measurement method proposed in this paper is applicable to the measurement of the outside tunnel brightness of most mountainous highway tunnels,and has the characteristics of low cost,quick installation,convenient remote monitoring,stable transmission and strong anti-interference ability.
