Abstract

The light environment has a certain influence on the growth of spirulina.This experiment is to explore the influence of the LED red,blue and green light mode on the growth,yield,morphogenesis and accumulation of key products of spirulina.Using the spectral adjustability of LEDs,five treatment groups were set up:single red light at 400 μmol/m2·s-1,red blue light at 400 and 500 μmol/m2·s-1(R∶B=4∶1)and red blue green light at 400 μmol/m2·s-1(R∶B∶G=15∶4∶1;R∶B∶G=15.5∶4∶0.5).Spirulina was harvested after 6 days of cultivation,and the effects on the morphogenesis,biomass,chlorophyll a and phycocyanin content of spirulina under different treatments were compared.The results showed that the morphology of filaments treated with single red light was normal,and the substance yield,chlorophyll a content and phycocyanin content were all the highest,which were 0.88 g,11.99 mg/g and 1.98 mg/g respectively.The addition of blue light and green light affected the accumulation of spirulina in different degrees.However,the addition of green light made the phycocyanin show a downward trend,while increasing the chlorophyll a content.
