Abstract
With the improvement of national economic living standards,there are higher standards for clothing,food,housing,and transportation.The requirements for clothing are no longer limited to the warmth and cold protection of clothing,but more emphasis is placed on increasing the beauty of clothing through clothing design,in order to strengthen one's pursuit of quality of life;therefore,it is required that clothing design can introduce new sources of inspiration to innovate clothing design in terms of shape,elements,and colors.As an art that carries the long history and culture of the Chinese nation,Dunhuang murals have high artistic value in clothing design,greatly improving the quality of clothing and promoting the excellent historical and cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.After introducing the relevant content of Dunhuang murals,this article analyzes the significance of introducing Dunhuang murals into clothing design,and proposes effective strategies to innovate the application of Dunhuang mural art in clothing design.关键词
