摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the innovative application of new materials and technologies in modern residential buildings,this study systematically analyzes the application of high-performance concrete,light quality and energy-saving materials,intelligent self-repair materials and sustainable and environmentally friendly materials.At the same time,the integrated application of emerging technologies such as building information model(BIM),3D printing technology,smart home system and green building technology is studied.Through the comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign innovation cases,the economic and environmental benefits of the comprehensive application are evaluated,and the relevant challenges and countermeasures are discussed.The results show that the application of these new materials and technologies has significantly improved the performance of residential buildings,optimized the design concept,improved the construction process,and promoted the sustainable development of the construction industry.关键词
