摘要
Abstract
It is an important content of the reform of modern vocational education system to build the open regional industry-education integrated practice center.The construction of open regional industry-education integrated practice center is helpful to deepen the reform of modern vocational education,promote the sustainable development of regional economy and improve the training quality of skilled personnel.However,the current construction of open regional industry-education integrated practice center faces many difficulties,including the lack of various resource elements,the difficulty in coordinating multi-subject interests,the low efficiency of materialization operation and the difficulty in meeting students'subjective needs.Based on modern organization theory,this paper discusses the construction logic of building open regional industry-education integrated practice center from four aspects:environment,scale,strategy,technology and structure.Based on this,this paper puts forward the construction paths of open regional industry-education integrated practice center:creating a positive and favorable organizational environment;forming a reasonable and moderate organizational scale;formulating distinctive organizational strategies;strengthening technical support and build an organic organizational structure.关键词
