摘要
Abstract
Good professional identity is the key for teachers in vocational and technical normal colleges to cope with the challenges brought by the multiple attributes of vocational and technical normal education,such as normal,vocational and academic.Based on the grounded theory,it is found that the professional identity of teachers in vocational and technical normal colleges is embodied in four aspects:professional cognition identity,professional development identity,professional value identity and professional behavior identity.Among them,the professional identity has the characteristics of mutual conditioning and interaction between personnel and personal value.Based on this,it is proposed that the publicity and promotion of vocational education should be strengthened at the social level,the optimization of workplace environment should be strengthened at the school level,and the development situation of vocational education should be recognized at the individual level to improve self-adaptability,so as to further enhance the professional identity of teachers in vocational and technical normal colleges.关键词
