企业参与高职院校产教融合意愿的影响因素探究OA北大核心
Analysis on Influencing Factors of Enterprises Participating in Higher Vocational Colleges'Industry-education Integration
通过问卷调查对企业参与高职院校产教融合的意愿、动机和满意度进行数据收集,在现状分析的基础上对企业参与高职院校产教融合意愿、动机和满意度三者之间的关系和影响机制进行Logistics回归分析.结果表明:大部分企业对于产教融合的参与意愿较为强烈;参与产教融合动机中获得优秀人才、提升市场竞争力、可持续发展和提升社会影响力4个动机对企业参与高职院校产教融合意愿有显著影响;对产教融合满意度中产教融合、学校合作主动性、专业设置与岗位匹配和研发创新4个满意度对企业参与高职院校产教融合意愿有显著影响.基于研究结果并结合实际分别从政府、企业、高职院校3个层面对提高企业参与高职院校产教融合意愿提出建议.
Through questionnaire surveys,data were collected on the willingness,motivation and satisfaction of enterprises participating in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration.Based on the analysis of current situation,logistic regression analysis was conducted to verify the relationship and influencing mechanism among the willingness,motivation and satisfaction of enterprises participating in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration.The results indicate that:Most of the surveyed enterprises have a strong willingness to participate in integration of industry and education;four motivations,including obtaining outstanding talents,enhancing market competitiveness,achieving sustainable development,and increasing social influence,have a significant impact on the willingness of enterprises to participate in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration;four factors related to satisfaction,including industry-education integration,enthusiasm of school cooperation,alignment between program offerings and job requirements,and research and development innovation,significantly affect the willingness of enterprises to participate in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration.Based on the research findings and practical considerations,relevant suggestions are put forsward from three levels:government,enterprises,and higher vocational colleges,to enhancing the willingness of enterprises to participate in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration.
