摘要

Abstract

Under the conditionof ICP-MStuned as the optimal instrument,52Cr,59Co and 88Sr were selected as the isotopes of the determination elements,103Rh was used as the internal standard element,and the samples were pretreated with the tetraacid system of hydrochloric,nitric,hydrofluoric and perchloric acids. By comparing the results of conventional and collision modes,and comparing and analyzing the influence of 3% nitric acid,3% hydrochloric acid and 3% aqua regia on the results,it is concluded that the accuracy and precision of the results are better when 3% hydrochloric acid is selected as the extraction acid in collision mode. The results show that the collision mode of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry can efficiently and accurately determine the contents of Cr,Co and Sr in geochemical samples. The method is simple in operation,good in precision,low in detection limit,accurate and reliable in results.
