创新驱动背景下我国应用型高等农业院校人才培养模式探索
Exploration on Talent Training Mode of Applied Agricultural Colleges in China Under the Background of Innovation-Driven
摘要
Abstract
Innovation-driven essentially refers to talent driven,in order to speed up the construction of innovative talent team in our country,we focused on training efforts.China's colleges and universities,especially applied universities,had always regarded talent training as an im-portant strategic goal.Under the innovation-driven background,the construction of agricultural innovative talent model was an important meas-ure to promote the development of modern and efficient agricultural industry in China.At present,the cultivation of innovative talents in Chi-nese colleges and universities mainly relies on the traditional personnel training mode,although it has achieved some results,there are still some problems,such as the unclear strategic goal of innovation-driven development and construction,and the inadequate combination of cur-riculum teaching content with scientific research,personnel training,ability innovation and social service.The current mode of talent training can not fully realize the problem of changing from emphasizing students'own knowledge acquisition to emphasizing students'individual com-prehensive quality training.Under the guidance of modern education concepts and with the aim of cultivating creativity,originality and innova-tion ability,this paper explores and studies the construction of innovative talent training models and systems highlighting modern and efficient agricultural specialties from four aspects:building a diversified classroom teaching model,a faculty team focusing on ability formation,forming a multidisciplinary curriculum system,and an assessment form oriented to knowledge discovery.It is of great significance to promote the train-ing of innovative talents in applied agricultural colleges in China.关键词
