Abstract
Migraine is a chronic attack disease,belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine"headache",,also known as"internal injury headache","head wind","brain wind"and so on."Plain Question,Yin and Yang should be big theory":"The disease is biased in the head"clinical manifestations are blunt pain,swelling pain,,tin-gling or throbbing pain on one or both sides of the head,which can be accompanied by insomnia and irritability,blurred vision,nausea and vomiting when the headache is severe.The recurrence of migraine brings great physical and mental suffering to patients,and also reduces their quality of life.With the continuous development of medicine,re search on the treatment of migraine by traditional Chinese medicine has gradually deepened.This paper takes the macroscopic recognition of"state"as the starting point,the main method of"state target differentiation and treatment"and the treatment of migraine by traditional Chinese medicine decoction as the research object,aiming to explore new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of migraine,and lay a theoretical foundation for further development of targeted drugs of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
