基于"肠-肝-脑轴"的通腑法治疗脑出血的理论研究

摘要
Abstract
The basic pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage is the imbalance of yin and yang,the disorder of Qi and blood,and the invasion of the brain.The method of dredging the bowels can coordinate the Qi mechanism by dredging the bowels Qi,so as to achieve the effect of regulating Qi and blood and clearing the brain.The"Intestine-Liver-Brain Axis"refers to a Qi axis in which the intestine,liver,and brain each play their normal physiological functions to main-tain the normal circulation of Qi and blood.This article expounds the connotation of the"intestine-liver-brain axis"from the perspective of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and explores the theoretical research on the treat-ment of cerebral hemorrhage with the method of dredging the bowels based on this,providing new ideas for exploring the mechanism of action of the method of dredging the bowels in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
