摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke depression is an affective disorder after stroke,and its severity is often ignored or underes-timated.Western medicine has no unified theory on the pathogenesis of the disease.Qi,phlegm,and stasis are closely related to the occurrence and development of post-stroke depression.These three elements influence each other and are mutually causal.As the dominant position of Qi,phlegm,and stasis in each period of post-stroke depression continues to change,the etiology and pathogenesis of post-stroke depression in each period also show dynamic evolution,causing the disease to form a vicious cycle and protracted.Therefore,targeting these three elements,the method of promoting Qi and relieving depression,resolving phlegm and removing stasis,and invigorating Qi and nourishing blood is used for treatment,in order to block the closed loop of Qi,phlegm,and stasis transmission,and provide new ideas for the clini-cal diagnosis and treatment of post-stroke depression.关键词
