明清时期中医古籍中治疗妊娠恶阻的用药规律分析
Discussion on the Medication Rule of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the Treatment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Abstract
Objective:To use data mining methods to sort out and analyze the prescriptions for treating nausea and vomiting during pregnancy in ancient Chinese medical books during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and to explore the drug usage rules.Methods:The prescriptions for treating nausea and vomiting during pregnancy in ancient Chinese medical books during the Ming and Qing Dynasties were collected and entered into the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)after screening and processing.A Chinese medicine prescription database was established.The core drugs were clarified and the rules of diagnosis and treatment were summarized through the software integra-tion algorithm.Results:A total of 93 prescriptions were included,involving 81 Chinese medicines.Among them,the Chinese medicines with higher frequency of occurrence included Poria cocos,ginseng,ginger,tangerine peel,Pinellia tuber,Atractylodes macrocephala,and Licorice.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,and the medicinal flavors were mostly pungent,sweet,and bitter.Most of them belonged to the spleen,lung,and stomach meridians.The associa-tion rule analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicines obtained a total of 28 drug combinations,and cluster analysis obtained 4 potential prescriptions.Conclusion:Treatment of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy in the Ming and Qing Dynasties started with the spleen,lungs,and stomach.The drugs used were mainly warm,and the taste of the drugs was mostly pungent,sweet,and bitter.The treatment method was mainly to tonify the middle and replenish Qi,and to dry dampness and resolve phlegm.The drugs used had certain characteristics and could provide a reference for the modern clinical treatment of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
