归芪活络口服液治疗气滞血瘀证神经根型颈椎病临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Guiqi Huoluo oral liquid in the treatment of cervical spondy-lotic radiculopathy with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervical spondy-lotic radiculopathy with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected from the ward and outpatient department of orthopedics of Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to September 2022.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups by generating random numbers using SPSS 26.0 software,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment and western medicine treatment;the observation group was given Guiqi Huoluo oral liquid in addition to basic treatment,and each group had a course of treatment of 4 weeks.The changes in the visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain,cervical dysfunction index(NDI)and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS and NDI scores of both groups improved,but the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the CRP levels of both groups improved after treatment,but the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Guiqi Huoluo oral liquid can effectively treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,relieve pain and cervical vertebral activity dysfunction,and reduce the expres-sion of inflammatory factors.Its clinical effect is better than that of basic western medicine.关键词
