推拿弹拨手法结合家庭康复护理治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的临床观察

Abstract
Objective Clinical observation on the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis in children by means of massage and plucking combined with home rehabilitation nursing.Methods The clinical data of children with congenital muscular torticollis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2023 were analyzed and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods.The observation group was treated with the combination of massage plucking and home rehabilitation nursing,while the control group was treated with simple massage.To compare the therapeutic effect of congenital muscular torticollis between the two groups and children of different ages.Results A total of 42 children with congenital muscular torticollis were included in the study,including 21 in the observation group and 21 in the control group.In the observation group,the recovery rate was 81.82%.in age of 1 month to 6 months,75%in age of 6 months to 12 months and 0.00%in age of 12 months.There was statistical sig-nificance in the recovery rate of children of different ages(P<0.01).In the observation group,15 of 21 children with congenital muscular torticollis were cured,the recovery rate was 71.43%.In the control group,8 of 21 children were cured,the recovery rate was 38.10%.Conclusion Children with congenital muscular torticollis could obtain good clini-cal results through massage and plucking combined with family rehabilitation nursing,and the recovery rate was sig-nificantly higher than that of simple massage treatment of children with congenital muscular torticollis,and the younger the age,the higher the recovery rate,which was worth our clinical promotion and application.关键词
