新加黄龙汤治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效
Clinical Effect of Xinjia Huanglong Decoction on Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of nasogastric administration of Xinjia Huanglong Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP)admitted to Bozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given nasogastric adminis-tration of Xinjia Huanglong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 3 days.The general conditions(sex,age,poisoning dose,degree of poisoning,time of consultation after poisoning,etc.),treatment effects(inflammatory factors,liver function,defecation time,complications,etc.),hospitalization time and cure rate of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the levels of IL-6,AST,and ChE in the two groups decreased,and were significantly lower than the levels before treatment.After treatment,the levels of IL-6,AST,and ChE in the treatment group were also lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of intestinal obstruction,stress ulcer and intermediate syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the cure rate was higher than that in the control group,but there was no difference;the first defecation time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the number of daily defecation in the treatment group was more than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;the two groups were equivalent in terms of hospital stay.Conclusion:Xinjia Huanglong Decoction nasogastric feeding combined with conventional Western medicine therapy can reduce the inflammatory response of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,improve patients'transaminase,increase cholinesterase(ChE)levels,shorten defecation time,in-crease defecation frequency,reduce the occurrence of complications to a certain extent,and improve the cure success rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
