数字政府驱动新质生产力发展的路径研究
The path of digital government driving the development of new quality productive forces
摘要
Abstract
Developing new quality productive forces is a key focus for promoting high-quality development.Digital government is an organic integration of government governance and digital technology.It delivers intelligent and data-driven public services by building a digital governance platform and has become an important force for innovation and the transformation of productivity.The three application systems of Digital Economy,Digital Party Building and Digital Supervision realize multi-cross collaboration within the digital government platform,and jointly promote the development of the three sub-scenarios of new quality productive forces.The Digital Economy system enables the deep transformation and upgrading of the industry through the mode of Industrial brain+Future factory.The Digital Party Building system exerts its unique political,organizational,cultural and resource advantages,concentrating superior forces to achieve revolutionary technological breakthroughs.The Digital Supervision System strengthens the efficiency of innovation factor allocation by improving the financial and accounting supervision,audit supervision,the discipline inspection and supervision and the business environment.To achieve the overall goal of further comprehensively deepening reforms,it is suggested that a special zone for the development of new quality productive forces should be established in the digital government platform,to optimize the system construction,strengthen the overall intellectual governance and data empowerment.And the comprehensive reform of education should be deepened to cultivate high-quality innovative talents for the digital and intelligent era.关键词
