Abstract
At present,in the engineering practice of fly ash pneumatic conveying,there are various conveying technologies to choose from,each with its own characteristics of adaptability and economy.This article conducts research on multiple existing projects,analyzes and studies the collected data,and provides suggestions on how to choose the appropriate transportation technology route.Through research and analysis,it is concluded that there is no significant difference in energy consumption and initial equipment investment between positive pressure single tube conveying technology and positive pressure double tube conveying technology;In recent years,the emerging external bypass transportation technology has shown significant energy-saving effects,but the initial investment is too high.It is recommended to decide whether to adopt it after sufficient economic comparison.关键词
