新能源发电因受环境条件、气象变化等因素的影响而具有波动性和随机性.为分析新能源并网后的注入谐波电流对电网谐波分布的影响,提出一种考虑新能源不确定性的电网谐波污染预测评估方法.首先,采用深度卷积生成对抗网络学习各类型新能源机组的发电特性,获取目标机组在各场景下的功率区间;其次,建立新能源发电的区间谐波发射模型,提出基于RDM的区间谐波潮流算法;最后,基于非整次秩和比法对谐波污染进行区间分级评估,并通过某实际电网的仿真验证所提方法的可行性和有效性.

The power generation from renewable energy is subject to fluctuations and randomness induced by factors such as environmental conditions and weather changes. To analyze the influence of injected harmonic current on har-monic distribution after renewable energy is connected to power grid,a method for pre-assessing the harmonic pollution in power grid considering uncertainties in renewable energy is proposed in this paper. First,the deep convolutional gen-erative adversarial network is used to learn the power generation characteristics of each type of renewable power unit and obtain the power interval of the target unit in each scenario. Second,the interval harmonic emission model of power generation from renewable energy is established,and the interval harmonic power flow algorithm based on relative dis-tance measure(RDM)is put forward. Finally,the interval grading assessment of harmonic pollution is performed based on the non-integer order rank-sum ratio method,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are validat-ed through simulations of one power grid in practice.
