Pre-assessment of Harmonic Pollution in Power Grid Considering Uncertainties in Renewable Energy

Abstract
The power generation from renewable energy is subject to fluctuations and randomness induced by factors such as environmental conditions and weather changes. To analyze the influence of injected harmonic current on har-monic distribution after renewable energy is connected to power grid,a method for pre-assessing the harmonic pollution in power grid considering uncertainties in renewable energy is proposed in this paper. First,the deep convolutional gen-erative adversarial network is used to learn the power generation characteristics of each type of renewable power unit and obtain the power interval of the target unit in each scenario. Second,the interval harmonic emission model of power generation from renewable energy is established,and the interval harmonic power flow algorithm based on relative dis-tance measure(RDM)is put forward. Finally,the interval grading assessment of harmonic pollution is performed based on the non-integer order rank-sum ratio method,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are validat-ed through simulations of one power grid in practice.关键词
