3株鸡源沙门氏菌的耐药性和致病性分析
Drug Resistance and Pathogenicity Analysis of 3 Strains of Salmonella from Chickens
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study is identify suspected Salmonella isolated from three laying hen farms in Hebei province,China,Samples were subjected to biochemical identification,PCR identification,drug sensi-tivity testing,PCR identification of toxing genes,PCR identification of drug resistance genes,chicken path-ogenicity tests.The results showed that the resistance rate of the isolates to amoxicillin was up to 100%,and they were resistant to at least four antimicrobials simultaneously;The isolates carried a total of 8 kinds of drug resistance genes,among which the detection rates of floR,sul3 and blaOXA-1 were 100%;The isolates carried 10 kinds of virulence genes,among which the detection rates of sip A,sipC,invH,mgtC and stnP1 were the highest at 100%;There were deaths in all groups inoculated with the isolates,with the highest mortality of 80%in one group,indicates that the three Salmonella isolates have different pathoge-nicities.This study provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and effective prevention of salmonellosis.关键词
