3株鸡源沙门氏菌的耐药性和致病性分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Drug Resistance and Pathogenicity Analysis of 3 Strains of Salmonella from Chickens
为鉴定河北省3个蛋鸡养殖场分离的疑似沙门氏菌,并了解其耐药性和致病性.对样品进行生化试验、PCR检测、药物敏感性试验、耐药基因检测、毒力基因检测、鸡致病性试验.结果显示,分离株对阿莫西林的耐药率最高达100%,且同时对4种抗菌药耐药;分离株共携带8种耐药基因,其中floR、sul3、blaoxa-1的检出率为100%;分离株共携带10种毒力基因,其中sipA、sipC、invH、mgtC、stnP1的检出率为100%;雏鸡在接种分离株各组均有死亡,死亡率最高为80%,表明3株沙门氏菌具有不同的致病性.论文为指导养殖场临床用药提供了参考,并为沙门氏菌致病机制的研究奠定了基础.
The aim of this study is identify suspected Salmonella isolated from three laying hen farms in Hebei province,China,Samples were subjected to biochemical identification,PCR identification,drug sensi-tivity testing,PCR identification of toxing genes,PCR identification of drug resistance genes,chicken path-ogenicity tests.The results showed that the resistance rate of the isolates to amoxicillin was up to 100%,and they were resistant to at least four antimicrobials simultaneously;The isolates carried a total of 8 kinds of drug resistance genes,among which the detection rates of floR,sul3 and blaOXA-1 were 100%;The isolates carried 10 kinds of virulence genes,among which the detection rates of sip A,sipC,invH,mgtC and stnP1 were the highest at 100%;There were deaths in all groups inoculated with the isolates,with the highest mortality of 80%in one group,indicates that the three Salmonella isolates have different pathoge-nicities.This study provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and effective prevention of salmonellosis.
