Progress on the Pollution Status of Deoxynivalenol and Its Toxicity to Animal Bodies
摘要
Abstract
Vomitoxin,also known as deoxynivalenol(DON),is a toxic secondary metabolite produced by Fusarium graminearum.It mainly exists in moldy corn,wheat,barley and other cereal crops and their products.Due to its stable physicochemical properties,it is prone to co-contaminate crops with other fungal toxins,and has widespread toxicity,causing huge economic losses to the healthy breeding of animal hus-bandry.This article reviews the physical and chemical properties,pollution status,limit standards,and toxic effects of deoxynivalenol on animal bodies.It can provid theoretical reference for better prevention and con-trol of the harm of deoxynivalenol to animal health.关键词
