Pharmacological Effects of Plant Flavonoids and Their Application in Livestock and Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
Flavonoids are the main active ingredients in natural plants,mostly in the glycoside structure,with antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-tumor,immune regulation and lipid-lowering and glucose-lowering pharmacological effects.They play important roles in preventing and controlling animal diseases,improving production performance,enhancing body immunity and improving the quality of meat,eggs and milk.Therefore,as substitutes for antibiotics,flavonoids have broad application prospects in the field of livestock and poultry production.In this paper,the structure and origin,extraction,pharmacological effects and appli-cation of flavonoids in livestock and poultry production were reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the development of flavonoids as green feed additives in livestock and poultry production.关键词
