规模化猪场仔猪流行性腹泻的诊断与防控
Diagnosis and Control of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea in Large-scale Pig Farms

Abstract
On January 26,2023,the 14-day-old piglets in the delivery room of a large-scale female pig farm in Shaanxi province suffered from diarrhea.The main clinical symptoms of diarrhea piglets were vomiting,wa-tery yellow feces,emaciation and dehydration,and high mortality.The incidence rate was as high as 35％.Antibiotic treatment was ineffective,and the disease rapidly spread to other production lines.To diagnose and treat the diarrhea of piglets in this farm,clinical symptom observation,autopsy of dead piglets,patho-gen detection of diarrhea pig feces were conducted on the affected pig population.Based on the clinical symptoms,gross pathological changes during dissection,and veterinary laboratory testing results of pig-lets,the cause of piglet diarrhea in this pig farm was diagnosed as porcine epidemic diarrhea.The farm car-ried out the following-foetal immunization with attenuated and inactivated vaccines against epidemic diar-rhea.The farm's production performance and pig health were tracked for a period of 5 weeks,and the pre-vention and control effect was evaluated through continuous testing and analysis.The results showed that after the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures,the occurrence of epidemic di-arrhea in pig herds was controlled within 5 weeks,the pig herds returned to health,production performance stabilized,and the prevention and control plan was effective.After clinical verification,the comprehensive prevention and control plan for porcine epidemic diarrhea in this case is effective.关键词
