渭南市羊小反刍兽疫监测与分析
Monitoring and Analysis of Sheep Peste des Petits Ruminants in Weinan

Abstract
In order to evaluate the immune antibody levels and virus infection status of peste des petits ru-minants in sheep around Weinan,2499 serum samples and 606 diseased samples collected from 2019 to 2022 were tested for immune antibody and virus nucleic acid by blocking ELISA and fluorescence RT-PCR,respectively.The results showed that the qualified rate of individual PPR immune antibodies was 88.24％,and the qualified rate of regional farm herds was 91.99％.The qualified rate of immune antibody levels in different regions was higher than the immune requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Af-fairs(≥70％).The qualified rates of immune antibodies in different years and different scale types met the requirements of national immunization effect evaluation.Viral nucleic acids of diseased samples were nega-tive.The results showed that the prevention and control effect of peste des petits ruminants in Weinan was better,but the compulsory immunization and monitoring of peste des petits ruminants still needed to be done continuously to ensure the safety of breeding.关键词
