摘要

Abstract

A high precision tilt-angle measurement method based on MCU and MEMS micro electro mechanical inertial sensor technology is proposed.The system takes STM32F103 microprocessor as the control core,and uses three-axis acceleration and three-axis angular rate sensor as the main sensor to design complementary filter based on acceleration and angular rate gyroscopes,so as to improve the measurement accuracy of the tilt angle.It also uses LED lights and buzzers to alarm when the tilt angle is too large.The experiment shows that the inclination angle measurement accuracy of this system can reach±0.1°,and it has good working stability and high cost performance ratio.It can be used in unmanned aerial vehicles,balance vehicles and other applications.
