基于双路AOTF-NIR的静态目标DoLP探测系统研究与设计OACSTPCD
Design of DoLP Detecting System for Static Target Based on Dual Channel AOTF-NIR
双路宽光谱AOTF-NIR器件在遥感偏振成像系统中得到广泛应用,系统采用双路AOTF-NIR及四路红外CCD相机相结合的方式来获取静态目标物光谱图像,通过上位机控制AOTF-NIR的入射角度及双路射频驱动频率实现 900 nm~1 700 nm的DoLP光谱成像,同时从晶体阻抗匹配角度分析了双路AOTF-NIR宽带匹配新方法,给出了一种衍射效率峰值可达 73%、光谱成像清晰度较高的带通型匹配网络.通过在1 120 nm的0°,45°,90°,135°衍射光强度与DoLP成像实验表明该系统可有效获取静态目标物在强度成像系统无法获得的结构特征等信息,可为近红外遥感成像与识别技术提供一定的理论依据.
Dual channel wide spectrum AOTF-NIR device is widely used in remote sensing polarization imaging system.In this system,dual channel AOTF-NIR and four channel infrared CCD camera are combined to obtain the static target spectral image.The host com-puter controls the incidence angle of AOTF-NIR and the dual channel RF driving frequency to achieve DoLP spectral imaging of 900~1 700 nm.At the same time,a new broadband matching method of the dual channel AOTF-NIR is analyzed from the perspective of crystal impedance matching,and a band-pass matching network with 73% peak diffraction efficiency and high spectral imaging clarity is pro-posed.The experiments of 0°,45°,90°,135° diffraction light intensity and DoLP imaging at 1 120 nm show that the system can effec-tively obtain the structural characteristics of static objects that cannot be obtained in intensity imaging system,which can provide a refer-ence for near-infrared remote sensing imaging and recognition technology.
